Reply’s from host were slow, I had asked as soon as I booked about a safe place to store bikes, as we were renting bikes to get around- I was told there was a safe place in the courtyard- when we tried to use it neighbors complained. It was also dirty when we arrived, under the pull out bed where my kid tried to crawl was filthy

Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros - close to public transportation. Host was responsive to our inquiries in French. Cons - 1. The place is too tiny for 4 adults. Room size was not provided. A family with two small children might be okay. 2. The hot water tank didn’t hold up to allow 4 adults consecutive showers. We arrived after 10:30pm on 20/12/25 and two of us had to shower in cold water. Issue persisted throughout our stay. We learned to conserve hot water, but last one to shower either had to shower in cold water or wait out another 2 hours till water to heat up Not acceptable in cold December. 3. The pullout sofa had bugs. Both my adult sons were suffering from bug bites from night one. Photos sent to host. Was told they never had that issue. Had to get medication from Pharmacy to ease the problem. 4. The place provided washing machine but no laundry detergent. Requested made but host still unwilling to provide. Why advertise the amenity when laundry detergent is not available? 5. No hand towels provided, only 4 shower towels. Had to request the host to receive extra. 6. The place is NOT clean.
