​I had a very unpleasant experience at this property and would not recommend it. ​Cleanliness & Service: The bed sheets were disgusting. To make matters worse, customer service is only reachable by phone. I actually had to ask a friend in France to call them for me. Even then, it took a long struggle just to get them to change the sheets. ​Room Conditions: The air conditioning only worked on heat. When I complained, I was simply told, "that’s all there is." ​Noise Issues: Because the room was too hot, I had to leave the windows open. The street noise was constant—people shouting late at night and garbage trucks waking me up early every single morning. ​Bottom line: The service was rude, the room was uncomfortable, and the overall experience was poor. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
