Disliked: Check-in, communication
Extremely disappointed with this listing. First of all, we did not get check in instructions from the host until I had to reach out an hour before our arrival. The host said I did not fill out a welcome form, but it was never sent to me until I initiated the email. When we arrived to the apartment, the room was extremely hot and unbreathable. I understand it was summer and AC is not always present in France, but these conditions were below minimum human needs. Furthermore, the windows would not open fully to allow fresh air in. We attempted to email the host but received no response. After nearly passing out the first night, we were forced to find other accommodations for our last 2 nights. Hopefully in the future the host can fix these issues. Otherwise, I would steer clear of this listing.
