Super comfortable and well located family apartment, in the coveted 17th arrondissement of Paris, with a direct bus to the Grand Palais and therefore the Eiffeil Tower in approximately 24 minutes.

Exceptional ceiling height & brightness, spacious bedroom, plenty of storage space, very comfortable bedding, not overlooked, elegance of real parquet flooring, warm furniture & decoration, shops & transport nearby, this apartment has everything you need to have a pleasant stay.

Magnificent apartment of 60m² including a large bedroom, a living room with flat screen television, a fully equipped kitchen (oven; fridge; microwave; Nespresso coffee maker...) as well as a bathroom with a dryer -hair and bath towels.
The other two beds are in the living room, namely a sofa convertible into a very comfortable double bed, and a sofa bed for an additional person.

The building is very well located, in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, in a residential and family area.

In addition to the Poncelet and Levis markets 10 minutes away, the apartment is at the foot of various shops, very good small restaurants, cafes and brasseries, 10 minutes from Parc Monceau and the famous Place des Ternes ( Place des Fleurs), 25 minutes from the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, 30 minutes from Place de l'Opéra and the department stores.
In short, numerous public transports allow you to easily access the most famous sites of the capital.
