Hotel was simple, and no frills. However, it was perfect for our needs given its ideal location. Walkable to a few notable attractions and centrally located with great food options nearby. Very easy to get to and from the airport as it's a 5 min walk to the metro. Staff were very friendly and attentive, hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

Excellent hotel. Nice staff, modern clean design, comfortable beds and good enough Wifi. Located in a great area of the city. There is some construction outside the hotel (August 2025), whick created some noise in the morning. Generally speaking, I enjoyed my stay, and would reccomend others to consider this hotel for their upcoming trip.

The room was a good size, and staff are nice. Location is also excellent except there’s currently street construction going on right outside the hotel. This makes it inconvenient for being picked up by a taxi as you’ll need to walk to a side street. Once the construction is done, I think the hotel will be a popular spot. It’s close to everything and the rooms are clean and a good size for Paris.

This is a small hotel in the Latin Quarter. It is definitely a good place to stay for a short stay of 2-3 days in Paris. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the water pressure in the shower is fantastic, and yes, the bathroom is tiny. This is not your place if you're looking for an American-size room and bath. However if you are here for a short stay, this place is great. It is near all the sites and well located to the metro. #beatravelernotatourist

Really nice hotel. The room is cute and modern. Very clean. Everyone working there was nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for seeing the city. Just a few minutes walk to Notre Dame Cathedral in one direction, and the Pantheon in another. I especially liked that it was so close to Luxembourg Gardens. Will gladly stay here again.

I am so glad that I chose French Theory as my place to stay on my trip to Paris! The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The café downstairs became my daily morning coffee and pastry spot! Stayed for 4 nights. Very nice hotel, modern with a quirkiness that is endearing. Has a coffee house that opened 24/7. Staffs are helpful and friendly, speak good English. Location is perfect. Minutes away from metro, straight to Gare du Nord or to CDG airport. Many attractions within walking distance: Norte Dame, Pantheon, Luxembourg Garden, Sombone university, Louvre, not to mention many eateries hidden amongst the Parisian buildings and alleys.

Everyone at the front desk was really kind and helpful. It was s short walk from the train station and about a 15 minute walk from Notre-Dame. The neighborhood was fantastic and plenty of restaurants near by.
