It was so cute, a nice place to stay, and affordable for our 3 day stay in Paris! My favorite part was doing my makeup in front of the window looking into the garden. It was very clean and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Is in a gated apartment complex which is a good perk to this stay!

Get what you pay for

The property comes as listed and is a convenient place to spend the nights in Paris at an affordable rate. Overall the property cleanliness lacks and the bathroom door doesn't close which was noted in previous reviews. But for the price it did the trick.

Excellent location and very safe

This property near metro station M8, a few minutes walking to M6, excellent location. Also, it is very secure and safe. The property is also near grocery store with a few minutes walking distance. Very convenient for travelers.

Overall good experience

Good experience. the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equiped. So, the negatives: The bathroom's door does not really close, we dealt with that, but this is to mention. The shower is so tiny that it's almost impossible to not turn off or change the water heat while showering. Positives: Kitchen well equiped Place next to the metro The beds were comfortable, and you sleep well, it's a quiet place far from the street traffic The private residence makes you feel safe. At the end, yes I will considere this studio for next trips to Paris

Good for short stay

We stayed for three nights to explore Paris. This apartment is small but perfect for a short stay and very convenient as the metro train to all of the Paris destinations is very close. There is a gate for security also.

Great place where to stay in Paris.

It is exactly as shown in the pictures, one block from the Metro 🚇 and very convenient facilities near by. We had a great time. The property owner waited for us until we arrived. Everything perfect.

Very happy with the neighborhood. Felt safe. The washing machine does not work and frankly smelled like it hadn’t been used in quite some time. However the little laundromat a few steps away was very handy.

Overall Good Enough

This was a very quiet and cozy ground floor suite close to the metro! Perfectly located. While it had a pungent oder that didn’t really go away, the big windows were very bright had a nice breeze to air it out every time they were opened. The landlord was pretty responsive to our texts and was overall super friendly and agreeable! The only issue we had was when the wifi wasn’t working (the wifi router is not in unit so he had to come a day later to turn it back on). There were clean sheets and ample towels provided. While the kitchen did have some basic cooking supplies, I wouldn’t say it was a complete set (ex. no cutting board or chopping knives). Also an accessibility note, the shower works great but is about a foot off the ground so it’s a little difficult to get in and out of. Overall it was a nice place to stay in Paris. ————————————————————— L’appartement au rez-de-chaussĂ©e Ă  Ă©tĂ© trĂšs calme et confortable, avec une bonne proximitĂ© du mĂ©tro! Parfaitement situĂ©. Bien qu'il y ait une odeur particuliĂšre qui ne partait pas trop, les grandes fenĂȘtres Ă©taient trĂšs lumineuses et avaient une belle brise pour aĂ©rer la chambre Ă  chaque fois qu'elles Ă©taient ouvertes. Le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait assez rĂ©actif Ă  nos textes et Ă©tait super sympa et agrĂ©able ! Le seul problĂšme que nous avons eu Ă©tait lorsque le wifi ne fonctionnait pas (la box wifi n'est pas dans l'unitĂ©, le propriĂ©taire a donc dĂ» venir un jour plus tard pour le rallumer). Il y avait des draps propres et de grandes serviettes fournies. Bien que la cuisine avait quelques ustensiles de cuisine de base, je ne dirais pas que c'Ă©tait un ensemble complet (par exemple, pas de planche ni de bon couteau pour bien couper). Également une note d'accessibilitĂ©, la douche fonctionne trĂšs bien mais est Ă  environ un pied du sol, il est donc un peu difficile d'entrer et de sortir. Tout dit, c'Ă©tait un bon endroit pour sĂ©journer Ă  Paris.
