This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a cooking plate, a fridge and a microwave. There's also a dining area for two people.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". The headquarters of the famous CAC40 is known for hosting many financial players. It is a small stopover in the most prestigious district of Paris. Just a few streets away from the luxury boutiques or the magnificent Palais Royal, live a unique Parisian experience. You will find the famous "rue de la Paix" in this district.

The main attractions are all within walking distance from here. You are only a few steps away from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens, the Conciergerie, the Sainte Chapelle, the Beaubourg Centre, the boutiques of the Halles and the Saint Eustache Church, the Place des Victoires (one of the five royal squares of Paris), the rue Saint Honoré with its designers, the Opera, the Grands Boulevards, the Palais Brongniart or the superb Galerie Vivienne. The Montorgueil district, with its pedestrian streets, bars, restaurants, and shops, is a must-have for enjoying the evenings in the capital! Looking for a green space to rest or take the sun? I recommend the square Louvois.

Numerous exceptional shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés or small grocery stores in the neighbourhood, on the rue des petits champs or, not far away, on the famous rue Saint Honoré are at your disposal for a unique experience.

The area is also an ideal starting point for shopping, as it is only 10 minutes from the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne, or Galeries Lafayette.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Strasbourg Saint-Denis, is just a 2-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
