The property has a very well-decorated and spacious living/dining room that gives off a cosy and warm ambience. It is well-furnished with a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your loved ones.

Just next to it, there is a fully equipped kitchen. It has all the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

There are 2 fully equipped bedrooms. The first one is both a cosy and well-ventilated space, It is decked out with a king-size bed that is both comfy and aesthetically pleasing. It has a TV and a wardrobe to store your belongings, so you can have all the more reason to relax in your space. The second contains a not less comfy queen bed. All beds include hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The Louvre Museum, Luxembourg Gardens, Tuileries Garden, Musée d'Orsay, The Centre Pompidou, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, Sainte-Chapelle, and Shakespeare and Company are all nearby. There are also plenty of excellent cafes, such as Angelina Paris, La Coupole, and Le Procope. Restaurants and bars, such as UGC Montparnasse, Le Comptoir de La Gastronomie, Le Grand Colbert - Brasserie Parisienne, Benoit Paris, and La Fourmi Ailée, are also nearby.

The Odéon station is only a 2-minute walk away, and the Mabillon station is only a 4-minute walk away. The Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station is only a 5-minute walk away. The Saint-Lazare station is only 3 km away, and the Gare du Nord station is only 3.4 km away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
