The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and a dining table for six, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment includes a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

Please note: The towel dryer in the apartment is currently not functioning. Thank you for your understanding.

First, residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district. Indeed, the 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Don't miss also the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the capital's most "trendy" districts, especially on the Place de la Bastille side, with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also affluent in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its many bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Orly Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
