Great customer service and staff at the Hôtel Bleu de Grenelle - Tour Eiffel. Prime location for Eiffel Tower and other activities around town. Could have used a mini fridge room along with a fan, but other than than we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is across the street from the metro which is great to navigate the city but outside your window all you see is the train station and people coming and going all day. The front desk is also not staffed 24/7, they just lock the door so random people don’t walk in during the night. The room was very tiny and mine had fruit flies for some reason

Great hotel! The staff was amazing! Lots of options and great breakfast. They arranged transportation for us. As a family of 4 they gave us the apartment which was amazing, clean and quiet. The AC was great! Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, easy to access taxi and transport.

The elevator was very small and did not allow for baggage and two adults and a small child. There was a big drop from the shower to the floor. The surrounding area was extremely dirty and smelly.

A Great Place to Stay

We had a view of the Eiffel Tower. The shower is cramped, but standard European. There’s filtered water and fancy coffee machine available 24/7. The breakfast buffet was good, but it was the same all three days. Staff is very friendly and helpful and fluent in English. I highly recommend the Bleu.

A very pleasant stay in Paris.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, one member of staff in particular. The breakfast was really good and had a good selection, the location was fantastic. The metro is directly opposite the hotel, and is very similar to the London Tube. It was also a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel tower. The room was spacious and it had a large shower room.

The hotel was immaculate. The team were amazing and they were so welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a high quality hotel near to the Eiffel tower.

Overall the experience was good. Check-in was easy, check out as well. They do collect $100 deposit upfront, but this covered our the hotel taxes at the end. We had an issue with the heater-a/c. It would not turn on. When i finally made it to the reception, the receptionist said that its off as he could see it in his system. Well, the next day when asked, he said they had turned off the central heating for the entire building, and we were offered again a space heater which we took and it helped. Also, the elevator would not work to the second floor going up, the button wont catch. There was free coffee at the first floor but they kind of indirectly push you to pay for their breakfast. We wanted to explore the city, so we skipped that. There is a Starbucks 2 minutes walk, so very convenient in the mornings. The one recommendation for the room would be a mini fridge. There isn't one and it would of been nice. Toilet paper is hard, sort of the European way of hard :) The property is located next to the metro station, so if you have sensitive ears, you may hear it all night every 4 minutes, but if tired like us, it wont botter you at all as the windows are double. Overall, nice.

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, but there were some positives. Cons- shower is a deal breaker. It’s a hand-held one and not mounted so you can stand under it. Rather, mounted in the corner and was so awkward. The water pressure was also low so it was definitely not relaxing to shower after a long day. There’s no where to blow dry your hair. This sounds silly and if it was the only thing I wouldn’t avoid the hotel over it but I had to stand like 4 feet away from a mirror. So odd. The gym is in a dark basement and is terrible. Don’t count on using it. The staff are fine. Not rude, not overly friendly. They get very upset if you get coffee in the lobby and bring the cup to your room. House cleaning is just ok. Meaning, it’s clean but if you use a cup and it’s dirty they don’t take it and replace with a clean one. Pros- Hotel is clean and cute. The neighborhood is excellent. 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and all the hop on/off buses leave out of there. I did get the view I paid for and I was happy about that. Best part of the hotel. The lobby is also very charming. The price is great.
