It is really good hotel. After reading some negative reviews I was about to cancel my stay at that hotel but fortunately I did not. The hotel offered a good value of money. It is very close to Gate du Nord and the area is safe and packed with a lot of shops and restaurants. My room was comfortable and spacious and clean. The bathroom is small but it was functionally working well with warm water. Yes sometimes in the morning you can hear some noises from the guests and staff but is for 1-2 hours. Generally no noises from the street and it is quite hotel. I feel the staff of the hotel let it down and it may be due to language barrier. I was happy with my stay and I highly recommend it.

Nice that we cound leave our bagage before 2.p.m. In the hotel. IT was comfortable room, without noice.

Convenient for Rail Stations but look for better o

Pros: Only its staff, location, breakfast and breakfast room
Cons: It would need a complete overhaul decoratively and acoustically.
Location: Excellent for railway stations, plenty of inexpensive restaurants and cafes, but maybe not the area to be out and about in at night.
Although the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, this hotel was very disappointing. Fortunately there was a lift so I didn't need to haul luggage to the fifth floor, and the room was a good size with an en-sit bathroom which was squeezed into an awkward space, but included a full bath. Overall though the interior of the building was shabby, the carpet in the corridor on my floor was very dirty and it was not the best place to stay, even for an overnight. The wall inbetween rooms was not substantial and neighbours were somewhat noisy. Breakfast on the other hand was in a pleasant basement room, and included a reasonable continental choice
