Rive Gauche Delight

Splendid, quirky little hotel tucked away on a quiet street on the Left Bank just a block from the Seine and in easy walking distance to the Louvre, Musée de l'Orangerie, Musée d'Orsay, Tuileries -- everything really. If you haven't tried a stay on the Parisian Left Bank you will be delighted to find yourself still in the center of Paris but away from the maddening crowd. Our room was comfortable and spotless and very much to our liking. The staff were kind and gracious, if a bit overbusy at times. The breakfast was on the limited side as was the self-service bar, but perfectly acceptable and completely in character with the rest of the hotel. Ideal for a visitor looking for a change-up from the usual tourist affair.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and convenient.

We had a very comfortable, friendly stay at Hotel D'Orsay. Close to everything, an easy walk to the Musee' D'Orsay. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

This is a great property to a visit the heart of Paris. Close to the must see - first time attractions. Also to mention, super close to one of the best museums in the city :). There is a bakery around the corner that is a 4.0 on Google. However, we found it on par (if not better) than some of the highly regarded bakeries in the city!!! The staff was gracious and helpful! Very close to public transit!

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. They were very accommodating, the room was very comfortable and (most importantly) very quiet at night for sleeping while also being very close to the Louvre, Orsay, Notre Damme, and Eiffel Tower. We had our 9 year old with us who also enjoyed her stay. Vajira and all of the staff were fantastic. Would recommend for a stay in Paris,

This is my 2nd stay at the propery due to the location, transport, shopping etc.. it’s the perfect location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is just around the corner from the Seine and a short walk to the Musee D’Orsay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for Musee D'Orsay, Musee De L'Orangerie and close to Metro station. 30 min walk from Notre Dame. Not many restaurants close to hotel that we could find. Hotel room was not as light as the photographs suggested, but was good size. In our room the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Breakfast basic. Sweet treats and hot drinks available in reception for most of the day - an added bonus. Reception staff exceptionally helpful. Would stay here again if visiting this area of Paris.
