This hotel markets itself as four-star but feels more like a solid three-star property. The location is excellent. Very central and close to major attractions, but this comes with urban noise that might disturb light sleepers. Rooms: Small but efficiently designed, though privacy is limited with direct sightlines from the bed to the bathroom. Rooms are clean, but the hotel has a persistent dust issue that could be problematic for those with allergies. Staff: Young, professional, and English-speaking with excellent service attitude. Amenities: The breakfast is adequate but nothing special. There's a small gym and a popular rooftop bar. Best for: Couples or small groups of friends who prioritize location over spacious accommodations. Less suitable for families with children due to room size and noise levels. Bottom line: A fair choice if you value being in the heart of Paris and don't mind compact quarters, but don't expect true four-star quality throughout your stay. It is far from it.

AC broke in 99 degree heat and other problems

At first I really liked the hotel, the staff was great and helpful and the room had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. However, a few things happened over the stay that made me give a low rating. 1) the tiny elevators were so slow and 1 of the 2 did not work until the last day. 2) there was a day that we were told there were “no more towels” and we were brought robes instead which is not a replacement 3) and this is the biggest one - on our last day/night Paris was 99 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The AC to the entire building broke and we were forced to be in our room that was 28 * Celsius for the night. We asked for 2 fans ( one for each of the beds in the room) and were given 1 that did not work well. We did not sleep at all due to the heat and then had to get up early for our flight. I understand that things happen, but for a hotel that cost us over $5500 for 4 nights to not have sufficient fans in the event of a circumstance like that is unacceptable. I really should be refunded for our last night at the very least. That being said the people were friendly who worked there. I just think it’s a sham that this hotel is that expensive.

Incredible spot. Clean, well kept property in a beautiful neighborhood. Three minutes away from some of the best local restaurants/cafes. Three minutes from Notre Dame and the metro. The rooms were immaculate and smelled amazing. Found out they worked with a brand to make a custom scent that smells like snickerdoodles - there’s your fun fact. Absolutely incredible view from the rooftop bar to top it all off.

Lovely!

Lovely stay in Paris. Room was very nice, just small, which is fine for 2 nights. We upgraded to a view of the Eiffel Tower which was so nice. Great area as well!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Dame des Arts! The staff is incredible. We were instantly greeted the moment we got out of the taxi. The staff anticipated our needs and delivered before we even knew what we needed. Their clients are treated with extraordinary care and respect. We loved the view from the rooftop bar! Hotel was within walking distance to the Notre Dame. Rooms were clean and felt very peaceful. We would stay here again!!!

Extremely comfortable hotel room. Well worth paying for terrace as we enjoyed sitting outside. Free mini bar replenished daily, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, continental with scrambled egg and bacon. Staff very attentive and friendly. Excellent location, close to metro and loads of restaurants and bars.

A lovely and convenient area of Paris. Really comfortable and quiet.Excellent cleanliness and facilities. Friendly helpful staff particularly the house keeping team plus Paul and Rémi on reception who helped me sort an online metro pass and were generally friendly. A wonderful rooftop bar and outside area downstairs- all the reasons I chose the hotel and am delighted to say it delivered.
