We had a great stay at Hotel Darcet. Their was staff on duty 24/7 and they were very polite, responsive and helpful before and during our stay answering any questions we had. There was an elevator which was nice to have. The room and bathroom was comfortable, clean and quiet. It had a large bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a desk/table with a couple of chairs. The terrace was a great plus - a good size with a bistro table and chairs looking over the streets below. Location worked great. Great restaurants, cafés and bakeries all around us, a nice walk from Sacre Cour and a 1 min walk to Place Du Clichy metro station. Would definitely recommend Hotel Darcet.

Its too cold at night and the heater doesn't work. Staff are very friendly and kind to check whats wrong with the heater but it didn't resolve the problem. They gave us extra blanket which is good.We were able to leave our luggage till 4:30pm too and shop around before our arranged pick-up arrived at the hotel

Hotel Darcet Paris offers a fantastic alternative to expensive luxury accommodations. We found it to be very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Its location is also a major plus, with a subway station a mere two minutes away and a variety of appealing restaurants within easy reach. Our four-night stay left us with no regrets, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. Just be aware that it's not the place for those seeking high-end luxury in the heart of the city.

The room and bathroom were small compared to US standards,but we're very clean. The staff were excellent, helpful with advice on directions and transport. The area is an excellent hub for buses as we try to avoid the metro due to the stairs and the crowds.

Great staff - very welcoming and they keep the property very clean. We liked the location of the hotel because you could walk to different attractions, but were also super close to the metro if you didn’t feel like walking!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Every staff member that we encountered was incredibly kind. This location was very convenient to bus stop locations and the metro. It was a great location for wxploringnParis. The bakery across the street was incredible. The room was very small, but was very clean. We were glad to be on the first floor so we only had to go up 1 flight of stairs, as the lift was tiny.

After spending 1 out of 5 nights at this place, we checked out asap because it was so bad. It’s old, dark, sad, the beds were painful, sheets and towels are old and thin and we saw small bugs. We checked out early and could not wait to leave.

Great little find.

Brilliant location, very quaint boutique hotel, Free coffee machine downstairs in the breakfast room, Pastry shop across the road to get breakfast. Rooms very clean, very comfy beds, Not much room to store toiletries in the bathroom but we managed for 3 nights. Will def stay again if we go back to Paris.

The property was perfect. Great location, staff really friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean and we had the added advantage of a room eith a balcony which eas great for sitting out and having breakfast and drinks in the evening. Didnt feel like a 2 star hotel i would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

For the cost it was as expected. The spiral staircase and one person elevator presented a challenge getting our luggage to the 4th floor. They asked us to leave our key when departing each day which is unusual. Again, for the price, it was what we would expect.

Comfortable, Clean, and Ideal for a City Break

Really friendly staff made me feel very welcome, despite my lousy French language skills! Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It's perhaps not a hotel you'd want to spend a lot of time in every day - the room was quite basic and it can be noisy outside - but it's a great option as a base to go exploring Paris for a few days.
