We rented this room on somewhat short notice, looking for an affordable option on Blvd de la Tour-Maubourg. The staff were very kind. We requested twin beds for our room but were given a room with a queen bed instead. we made it work, but this could be a problem for other travelers. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel, not even enough room to turn around or bend down without bumping the faucet. Goose neck attachment helps, but it’s still challenging. The elevator is also very tiny, only enough space for two people or one person and their suitcase (though the sign boasts a capacity of 3 riders). Of course, small and quirky spaces are part of what comes with charming older buildings, but be aware if you are a large person you may not be comfortable staying here due to the claustrophobic spaces.

Wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff was lovely and remembered who we were and what room we were in. The beds were very comfortable and we got great sleep every night. The rooms were warm as climate is controlled by the hotel but just open your windows and you’ll definitely cool the room down with a nice breeze. We got breakfast one morning which they brought directly to the room after ordering/scheduling it online through the email sent upon check-in. Croissants, orange juice, hot chocolate, and bread were all very good, it’s worth the price for a leisurely breakfast in bed before starting your day. Hotel is very convenient to multiple bus stops, the Eiffel Tower, and many dining options. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

We just stayed for 6 nights and it was a great first experience for staying in Paris. It's in a safe area of Paris. We never felt uncomfortable walking at night or during the day at all. I would stay here again.

We recently stayed at Hotel de France Invalides for 5 nights and would absolutely recommend this property. Not only was the neighborhood quiet and safe, there was a supermarket, a pharmacy and several good cafes and restaurants within less than a 5 minute walk. The hotel and our room were extremely clean- the beds and shower were great! Unlike many European hotels, Hotel de France also has an elevator which is definitely a plus after walking miles a day in the city. The Eiffel Tower is an easy 10-15 walk from the hotel which is one of the Big Red Bus pick up points as well as the embarguement area for the Seine river cruises. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Small and quaint It was like a little hidden Jim able to walk to almost everything around the area. My only complaint was the shower option. It was just different than what I’m used to, but everything was fabulous. Enjoyed opening the large balcony style window to listen to the sounds around town.
