I accidentally booked this hotel for the wrong date. Within five minutes Icontacted the hotel staf to change that date, and they refused it. I know it was non refundable booking but still i contacted them right away they couldn't make an exception. I would never stay in this hotel knowing this is the customer service they provide.

We had a lovely nights stay before moving on to Disneyland. We used the hotel as a base to venture into the Paris City centre. Having access to the train station very close by made this so easy to do. The shopping centre and restaurants around the hotel were a great surprise and were good value. The room was modern and clean and and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend an stay again

This hotel was so great! They even had a sweet card and balloons on the bed when we walked in, as we were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. Loved the shuttle to Disney, and the breakfast was an absolute highlight! Really looked forward to it every morning!

Staff is outstanding and the best in customer service I’ve found in France! We’ve stayed here twice and were very pleased both times. They beat out Disney for service! It’s convenient to shopping and restaurants and also provides. Shuttle service to Disney right across the street. We love it!
