Great location, spotless rooms and welcoming staff but very small rooms and reached by narrow winding corridors and fire doors with a step up or down in doorways. One lift and when used by housekeeping staff and unavailable you had to use the narrow steep spiral staircase to avoid long waits. A compromise between a great location and small awkward rooms with less than ideal access.

Highly recommended if you have a toddler this is the best hotel it’s close to everything you need and tourist sites with in walking distance, the hotel room is pretty small but you don’t stay there whole day you just sleep in it, i would bring a “white noise” machine if your baby is used to it. Also Miguel the front desk is nice enough to let us check in early so our toddler can rest.

Great location near the Louvre. Lots of cafes nearby. Rooms were quite small but kept clean. Wonderful fresh croissants in the morning along with other items to eat for breakfast.

The location is great. The hotel is old and small and the photos of it are deceiving. I looked and I could have paid less than half if I would have booked last minute instead of planning ahead. Super disappointed.

Great location at what I felt was a good price. Checkin was easy but not necessarily friendly. I knew the room would be small, but traveling alone i only needed a clean bed and shower. I am 5'9" 178# and the shower was small for me. Space was about 2ft by 2ft so if you are a larger person, it will be a struggle for you. No firsthand experience, but ladies, easy to guess no leg shaving is happening inside the shower. The rest of the bathroom was also cramped. Bed was average comfort with just enough room to walk around it.

In my opinion this is NOT a 3-star hotel. My room was so small that I had to bring my luggage to the lobby in order to pack for my departure. The shower was 2 feet by 2 feet. The elevator was occupied by the maids' cleaning cart on most occasions, so I took the stairs. There was only one electrical outlet in the room. After the first day, and a few complaints a staff member offered me an extension cord, which helped. The maids were extremely loud in the hallways as they cleaned each morning--not realizing that perhaps guests were sleeping. I strongly suggest that travelocity revise this hotel's rating.
