Room was spotless: bed, bathroom, etc. Checkin was fast and smooth. Location of the hotel is great.
Bedroom was small but the bed was clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was clean and functional. The shower/bath had a high edge which made it tricky to get in and out.
Room has a small mini-fridge with complementary water.
Room faced an interior courtyard and was very quiet.

Room was very warm, good beds, plenty of bathroom space, room small which you expect in Paris. Good breakfast Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and gave us assistance beyond the normal. Location is outstanding for visiting sites. Walking, metro and short cab rides and we got everywhere. Very good cafes within 1 block. Would recommend.

The first night we were out in a room on the top floor, my daughter dint like the stairs so we asked to change and they did no problem the next day, breakfast we good and plentiful. The new room the only way to fill the bath was via the shower asked at reception and told this was the only way. Stage on reception were great as every night we asked for milk for tea in the room and they got it no problem. Until the Thursday night the guy on reception was rude and totally unhelpful milk was a strange no. His attitude was disrespectful and unacceptable and not nice.had to go to the teddy bear cafe on the corner where we had been a few times and got milk from there no problem ( great place to eat and staff are wonderful) Location of the hotel is fantastic.
