Birthday weekend away

This was a good hotel in a good location. Close to plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the Latin Quarter. Also an ace Patisserie opposite hotel - try the Flan, yummy!

Charming hotel in the most perfect location

This is a charming little hotel on a quiet street in the middle of the latin quarter. The location just couldn’t be better –the beautiful Jardin des Plantes is right at the end of the street, the Pantheon and Jardin du Luxembourg are very close by and you can stroll down to Notre Dame and the Seine in about 10 minutes. You can also access the metro very easily around the corner at Place Monge. There’s lots of choice nearby in terms of places to eat and the Place de la Contrescarpe/Rue Mouffetard is quite a lively spot at night. It’s a very safe place to stroll about, particularly at night. In terms of the hotel itself I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate and there’s a good breakfast available if you want it. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying there again on my next visit.

A Great place to stay!

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were always available to answer questions or just for a chat and laugh! The location is fantastic (we love the atmosphere in the Latin Quarter) with easy access to the metro. Our room was small and very comfortable with a good fan, (it was hot at the time) TV, wifi and mini-bar. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with complimentary soap,shampoo/bath gel and shoe shine packets. The shower is hot with good pressure and the hair dryer works well. If we return to Paris we will definitely try and stay here again. A big thank you to all the lovely staff!

A lovely hotel

A excellently placed hotel in the Latin Quarter. A short stroll through the nearby park brought us to the Batobus which we used to get us to all the galleries in the centre of Paris. Just up the road were lots of bars and restaurants with reasonably priced food. The room was spotlessly clean although rather small. The bed was very comfortable. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped us to organise a trip to Monet's garden in Giverny and the shuttle bus to get us back to the airport. I would recommend this hotel and will probably return there myself in the not too distant future!

Lovely hotel

Great hotel. Stayed 3 nights and the place was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful in directing us to the sites. Found our room a little noisey as there was a generator outside when window was open. Otherwise was a lovely stay and slept well when window was closed.

week end away.

Small but ideally placed good access to metro and the rest of paris. plenty of good value restaurants near by on quirky back streets. would recomend to any one.

ideal

for a 2 night stay in Paris it was great. basic and clean and comfortable. breakfast was more than adequate and cheaper than going out. Close to very cheap restaurants.Ideal to sight-see.

getaway

Good location, clean room, friendly staff. Room tended to be stuffy, and was small but to be expected in a Paris hotel We thought breakfast was included which was the main reason we booked this hotel, but unfortunately it wasn't and cost 9 euros each per day. However, the bakery over the road made up for this. Superb. Easy walking distance to Notre Dame area. Metro nearby. Close to restaurants/ shops/ markets.

Great for a couple exploring Paris

The hotel is located about a hundred metres from Place Monge metro station, and a 15-minute walk from Notre Dame cathedral. Metro travel to Châtelet is only four stops, and, from there, all of Paris is available. Our hotel room was small but lovely; nothing special, but quiet, comfortable, and perfect as a place to come back to after a day's touring. We will definitely return, as quality is fine, price is good, and location is perfect.
