Small room, needs some refreshing. 1 or 2 more outlets would be nice. A coffee pot, with decaf and tea would be nice for a 3 stars hotel. A microwave instead of a safe. Room was very quiet. Bed comfortable. Staff was very courteous, and helpful.

Very welcoming superb concierge. Clean room, comfortable and well presented. Only complaint would be the very small bathroom - shower excellent - but a lack of knee room if you know what I mean? Apart from that magnifique, merci.

The room was clean, but it’s definitely a small room which is the norm in this area. I didn’t think the front desk staff was as friendly as other hotels we had stayed in in the area. The elevator was very small, but it did the job and without fortunate to have a hotel with an elevator at all.

I stayed here overnight as I had an early train the next morning. Close proximity to restaurants,bars and a couple of minutes walk to Gare De Lyon which is ideal! Area was quiet and safe. I had a comfortable stay and liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Bedding was clean and fresh and bed comfortable. The room had a safe,TV and kettle for making drinks. Bathroom clean and functional. The outside of the hotel is very grand but some elements inside let it down a bit. The carpet in my room was stained heavily,the curtains were difficult to open and a few fittings in the bathroom were loose and needed replacing. For example,no sink plug and discoloured sealant. In spite of these points I would stay here again and recommend the hotel for overnight stays.

It was great and a few minutes away from Gare De Lyon. Clean, small rooms. The only problem is the bathroom is way too small.

This property has BED BUGS!!!!!! We were bitten and we saw the insects crawling in the bed. We have pictures and the rash to prove it. They gave us another room which was also infected. The only thing they offer was free breakfast. We were deeply insulted by this.

Very convenient for Gare de Lyon. Small room but comfortable. Elevator was very small which is not unusual in the older Paris buildings. Very pleasant staff. Many nearby restaurants
