The hotel is spotless, and the staff were excellent. There is a metro station within a short walk that makes the location very convenient, without being in the center of the city. We were given room 001, which is off the breakfast room on the ground floor. It’s relatively small, but we had enough room for our needs. The rooms location made for a noisy couple of nights. Basically every time someone in the rooms above used the plumbing ( shower or toilet) we were awaken by the sounds of flushing water. For our second night, we used ear plugs, which resulted in a restful sleep. Would we use this hotel again? Absolutely.

We enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially Dawa. Room wasn't too big, but enough and very clean. They provided a crib for the baby which was helpful. We loved the organic and natural approach for the shampoo and hand soap. I also loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was good too. We would deffinitely recommend.

Valejiza, I think that’s how you spell her name was there on our arrival and was welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately there was a fill in while the other permanent staff member was on holiday. So what we had then was a man that made us feel like we were invading his space and time. Interrupt him on his phone. But apart from that everything was clean and the leafy street was a beautiful view from our room. Hot water was instant for the shower. Location was brilliant. Thanks

Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean. Convenient location for me, close to friends. Safe in room, big enough for a laptop. A/C, but set at 22 C. 24/7 front desk. Elevator. Close to groceries, restaurants, mall, subway. Scond stay there for me and will stay again. Excellent prices.

I like the room itself. It was enough for one person. The bed mattress not very comfortable, looks used a lot and in my opinion need to be replaced. Only one thing I was surprised with ,it was the noise from the next door.I was able to hear everything through the wall, when the other person was talking.

Jack’s Hotel was perfect for our needs. As other reviewers have commented, the room is small, but it is quiet and the bed was comfortable. It does have an elevator, which was helpful with our heavy suitcases, although it did take two trips for our two suitcases as the elevator is also small. The front desk was helpful and friendly and check-in was easy. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and we felt that it was a safe area to walk around in even at night. We had a good sleep due to its location on a quiet street. I think that it is a good value for Paris.

Staff at Jack’s Hotel were friendly and accommodating. My family appreciated the kindness at the reception (thanks to Dawa) while we stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are small but comfortable. The automatic blinds were a great plus for a good night of sleep. The noise level was perfect and the location close to the metro and many restaurants and the Italy 2 Mall, at walking distance.

A great little hotel! We were 2 people and only stayed one night. The neighborhood is very quiet and super easy to get to the metro and take the bus. Lots of great dining options in the area. Bed is firm but comfortable, the pillows are a little thin but I just folded them in half lol. It can be a little noisy if the other folks are being loud, but it was quiet throughout the night for us. The staff was very nice- the lady at the front desk let us check in an hour early since there were rooms ready which we really appreciated.
