Fiirst of all, ebookers is a fraud and a faker bec it presented room availability information that hugely ruined my surprise birthday treat for my friend. I booked a room with a view of eiffel tower only to be told there by staff (Felix) there is only one they have and it was occupied. He offered another type of room, which is at the back of the property with a view of the roof garden and a tiny bit of Paris as it is in the 6th floor (top). I was asked to pay extra 20 euros but I asked it to be waived and Felix did so. The room is roomy, bed gave me the most perfect sleep ever along with totally quiet sleep.The security card failed on us twice and we had to go back down to have it sorted but saved by alternate card on the second. Bath tub is luxurious but not the shower and toilet. However, bathroom top was cleaned but did not look clean because of the stains due to long use. I recommended to them to ask housekeeping to use bleach. Bec of this, I cleaned after I used it so as not to be blamed for worsening it. On good side, nice big TV, microwave, kitchen and wash machine. Snack of cakes and juices in the afternoon. Overall I still recommend this hotel but do not book this hotel through ebookers. Or if you do, call the hotel to confirm that room you booked is available. Felix made the experience less disappointing while ebookers made our Paris trip less memorable. The other staff wear smiles too. Hotel is closest to Eiffel Tower and Trocadero and that is great!

Quiet and Peaceful

We stayed for one night at this hotel during a flying visit to Paris. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely. Our room was very comfortable and if I had to criticise at all the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a shame. TV also only had one English speaking channel, BBC World news, but that wasn't an issue really. Within easy walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and The Effel Tower with lots of bars, shops and restaurants just outside the door. Overall a lovely hotel and I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Paris.

Très bon hôtel.

Personnels sympathiques et gracieux ce qui est très important soucieux du bien être des clients, si j'ai l'occasion j'y retournerais bien volontiers. La propreté de l'hôtel en général et les petites attentions comme "les chocolats" m'ont fait plaisir. Le confort des chambres et salle de bains très bien et spacieux. Le café à volonté dans le grand salon est très correct et sympa. Piscine, etc...font de cet hôtel un endroit reposant et accueillant. EXCELLENT.
