Bright and calm, the apartment consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped with, coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator The living room has an office area, a small dining table. dining area and a sofa that turns into a comfortable bed with a real mattress for 2 people. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The Letac studio has been tastefully decorated and designed to make your stay as smooth as possible.
Access is via a staircase without elevator to the 3rd floor. It is located 5 minutes walk from the Abbesses metro station, and from the rue des abbesses where you will find all the shops and restaurants. The Sacré Coeur is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You are at the corner of the rue des martyrs, going down this street you arrive in Pigalle. A number 1 location to enjoy Parisian life.
