This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the first level (second American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard views and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a living room with a couch sleeping two , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ) a desk corner and a large closet, a bathroom with a tub/ shower, toilets, basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a table for four.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees ( 4 minutes exactly) , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Exactly as depicted

Host met me at the property and walked me through how to access the property and the appliances. Great communication overall. My only complaint was the quality of the bath towels. We actually went out and purchased our own set.

Fantastique!

It is the ideal living experience in Paris - tall ceilings and doors, 2 sets of French doors leading outside, historic oak herringbone flooring and original hardware mixed with modern updates. All nestled into a very quiet courtyard and behind locked gates. The whole building is very quiet. You only hear the neighbors on the stairs as they go to work. The location is perfect - in the 8th A. and just a couple blocks from the Champs Elysees. Very safe neighborhood with lots of dining/food shopping options. Metro is nearby. There is lots of storage - 3 large closets with shelving - which is unusual for Paris. Huge kitchen. King size bed which you don't find in Paris. My only suggestion is that a few pieces of wall decor would make the apartment complete. The host had excellent communication skills and was prompt in returning texts. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

Great pkace

This is a great place. It took four adults comfortable, but two slept on the fold-out sofa. It’s close to everything we need and close to the metro so we could get anywhere with ease. Olivier was very communicative and responded quickly to questions.

We were delighted to be greeted by Olivier at the apartment. The apartment had great amenities in the kitchen including a washer and drier. The set back from the street meant that evenings were quiet. Overall, a great location.

Great location, cool building

Property is secure and clean. WIFI worked well. TV took a little trial and error, but we didn't watch it much. No a/c for cooling and only one fan, so a bit stuffy with the high temps, but typical of area/age of building. A little wear and tear and quirks with age of property, but all manageable. Very easy to hear neighbors, but overall was quiet enough it wasn't a problem.

A great pied a terre in Paris

The apartment is exactly as described, no surprises. Olivier explained it well. The pull-out bed is OK for young children, but not as comfortable for adults. The fans and windows were OK for moderate summer heat. We got bitten numerous times by mosquitos in the apartment. Keeping the bathroom window closed helped. You need to plan your clothes washing as each load takes a long time.

Rue Colisee apt.

We had a great time. The apt is close to Champs Elysee with many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies around. It overlooks a beautiful private courtyard. Olivier was very helpful.

Incroyable!

This apartment was a lovely, comfortable place to stay. We were in a great location a couple of blocks from the Champs Elysées where my niece was able to do her Parisian shopping! It was located close to bakeries and wonderful restaurants. I would stay here again without question. The check in process was seamless as well.
