Good location, and the apartment seemed generally clean. However, there were some stains in the bathroom that suggested mold. The air conditioning might need some maintenance. The sofa bed was a real disappointment — the broken legs had to be fixed with makeshift solutions. The digital locks, combined with customer service that was difficult to reach, were also somewhat stressful. All-in-all OK.

Good: Nice location and a nice building. Safe and walkable area with landmarks, excellent food choices, groceries and gorgeous buildings. Property was generally clean. Self Check-in was easy. Just enter the code from the email they will send you. The door is the green door right next to the APYCEM restaurant. (It’s newly renovated and the google street view will show a red door). There is an elevator up to 3rd floor of the building. Bed size was great for two adults or 2adults and a kid. The contact number they sent in the email was very responsive, after checking in.
Needs improvement : The floor and sofa upon inspection had several broken glass pieces, likely dropped while vacuuming. The bed was made but sheets had a used stench to it. A sofa leg was broken and lopsided. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sofa bed sheets and comforter was so dirty, my husband ended up sleeping just on the sofa. The host doesn’t respond much in Expedia. Wish there was a vacuum guests could use to longer stays. Towel hooks and a shower caddy in the shower would be nice as well. Please stock extra towels and toilet paper for guests that are staying longer than a couple nights.

Air conditioning was not enoughly worked but there is a fan.
This was a room for rent, not a serviced apartment. Unfortunately, it received no sunlight, as it was located on the first floor facing a narrow terrace with minimal exposure. Both the room and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor due to poor ventilation. The only redeeming feature was its excellent location.

The property was falsely advertised. There were multiple stains throughout the unit, mold in the bathroom, the mold was visible and odor could be smelt in bed, and the air conditioning hardly cooled down the unit. There was no one to greet us upon check in (which in the booking it stated that there was). When we tried to reach out for assistance or support response was NOT done in a timely manner. Due to the condition of the unit we checked out after the first night and had to scramble and find a last minute lodging somewhere else in Paris. During our search the hotel across the street offered rooms half the price and looked better condition than this unit.
In fairness there was an a/c unit but its size and capacity is unmatched with the size of the unit. Outside temp was 27C and humid so opening the windows was not an option. Called the property manager right away and we were ready to compromise if they provide a fan. Promised to meet us the following day but until after 4 days, never called and showed up. Even Expedia was not able to reach out to them. I even called and messaged but no response. Shower drain was clogged, there was a bit of mold as well in the bathroom. Insufficient toiletries. If I can give zero star, I would.

Molds in Apt 11. Musty odor and black molds visible on the bathroom. Had to leave after checking in. The property is on a nice location but cannot risk my health!
If the property owner was more attentive about the check in process, that would be great. Once a customer booked your place you need to ensure they get what they need to get into the room.
The appartment is not bad, however the photos that are displayed are highly editted, which makes the real room disappointing. The room needs maintenance especially the furniture and carpets. For the price of the room and the photos i had much higher expectations. The address of the hotel on maps is different than the one on expedia, so i had to do 2 stops with my luggage. I didnt receive any instructoons before , so i had to find a place to keep my luggage. There is no physical key to the room, so everytime i had to put in a long code to get into the room.
The property management were responsive through messages over expedia.

Location is good, but the rooms smells especially the bedroom and the bathroom. There is mold in the shower area, there is no ventilation which may be the cause of the musty smell.
We loved our stay! The place is close to virtually endless dining options, near multiple train stations, and close to the Louvre and river Seine. We had zero problem going anywhere to enjoy ourselves. Even better, the celebration for PSG’s championship was nearby as well…such a great and memorable time!

We love staying in this central location. It is close to all facilities and food. Noise level are understandable, location is perfect. Everything as it should in this apartment. We didn’t try the washer. Would definitely stay here again.
