The location is excellent, a 2 minute walk from Etoile. However the hotel was a disappointment. I came after an overnight flight and when I wanted to check in the receptionist laughed at me for checking in so early. I explained that it is customary to check in guests, even if a room is not ready and there is no need for this attitude. The fridge in the room didn't work and when I asked it to be fixed they told me it was too late that day (it was 6PM) and to come back tomorrow. I came back in the morning and they said it is too early (it was 10AM!!) and they have no technician on site. I pushed back and a technician showed up in 5 minutes, meaning there was always a technician, they just didn't want to help. The replacement fridge they brought in was too large for the cabinet so they put it somewhere else. Because the rooms are so tiny, it was hard to navigate in the room with the new fridge. I don't understand how the hotel has 4 starts. I won't stay there again.

Beautiful property recently renovated. It was very convenient for shopping on Champs Elysees and visiting the top of the Arc de Triomphe at sunset. Very close Metro access to get to Lourve, Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower. Room was a decent size for 2 people but it was rather tight squeezing with a third bed for my daughter.

Beautifully renovated from pictures I saw online but our room was smaller than expected for 3 people. Rooms for 2 are a fine size. Great location for Paris top shopping district on Champs Elyse’s and 5 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe. Easy access on the Metro to Eiffel Tower, Seine Cruise, Lourve, Norte Dame.

This was our first trip to Paris and we make a great choice stay at this property. The night manager made my family and I feel welcomed. We needed wash cloths, and while this is not something common to Europe, the young man gave us a set and was always attentive to my family during our stay. Hôtel was within 10 minutes walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and about 15 minutes walk of the Eiffel Tower.
