The room was more than enough for what we needed. Ideally located within walking distance to shops and the Eiffel tower, arc de triomphe etc. The bar is nice and cozy. All the staff are friendly. Just beware re the pool, you’re expected to wear a shower cap, which they provide. And men can only wear Speedo type trunks.

I liked the comfort the Novotel brought to my family. The pool was nice, and the convenience of walking to the Eiffel Tower was great. It didn’t have a direct view of the tower, but was still a great experience. If you see this Ryan Trahan, go to Novotel!!!!!

The only positive thing about this property was its location. The room we booked cs the room they put us in was not the same. They were cery tude and didnt want to be bothered with helping to fix the issues. The room was terrible. It was dirty stains all over the carpet and the smell was horrible it smelled of mold and mildew. The staff were very rude. Didnt want to be bothered by "tourists" even though the majority of there guslest staying there were just that. Would never stay at this location again and woupd definitely not recommend staying here.

Great location, but needs improvement!

Hotel location was very good. Lobby and common areas were in good shape. However, rooms need urgent reconditioning (faucets not working properly, cabinets covering layers broken, etc). Air conditioning dind’t worked good either. Breakfast is not so good, specially considering France cuisine.

Generally a good stay. Great surrounding tourist attractions. First evening at the bar & restaurant saw staff miss 3 aspects of my order (no bacon, coke zero, wrong pizza) but then second morning and afternoon with different staff went well with no mistakes.
