Chère Jessica, nous sommes désolé que votre séjour n'est pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Pour répondre à vos différentes remarques, il est interdit depuis Janvier 2021 de distribuer gratuitement des bouteilles d'eau, cela est indiqué en chambre et vous avez à disposition 24h sur 24 dans le club une fontaine à eau filtrée Castalie. Notre club, vous permet également, d'avoir a disposition toute une gamme de snacking ainsi que le café, le thé et des boissons fraiches à volonté gratuitement, vous pouvez également commander une bière ou un verre de vin auprès de nos hôteliers tout au long de la journée et jusqu'à 2h du matin (cela est en supplément). c'est pour ces différentes raisons qu'aucune de nos chambre ne possède un minibar. Dés lors que vous avez indiqué à notre réception une possible intrusion dans votre chambre, le responsable sur site a ce moment est venu a votre rencontre pour vous écouter et vous à indiqué qu'il allait faire une lecture de serrure. Dans l'attente du résultat de la lecture, nous vous avons offert les petits déjeuner du lendemain ce que vous avez refusé. Lorsque le responsable est revenu a la réception pour vous indiquer les résultats de la lecture de clef vous étiez déjà partit. Après vérification, seule votre clef a été utilisée pour entrer dans la chambre après le passage de la femme de chambre en début d'après midi. N'hésitez pas a revenir vers nous si d'autres questions persistent. Bien cordialement,
