The flat is a 90m2 (e.q. 1000 sq.ft) apartment totally refurbished by architect with high quality materials and furniture.

Its location is really extraordinary, at walking distance of the Louvre, Place Vendôme (5min), Tuileries.

We loved this place and would definitely recommend. The location was great and it was very charming! It has everything we needed. I’d rate it 4.5 overall, with the only reasons it wasn’t 5 stars due to (1) challenges using the lock to get into the unit. It took us 5-10 minutes every time we tried to enter and at the end of a long day, that was a touch frustrating, and (2) one of the beds was in a hallway /passthrough so whoever got that bed had some trouble sleeping bc you could hear most anything. Again, overall, recommend this place and communications with the property manager were great!

The good: excellent location for first time visitors to Paris; quiet; comfortable beds; reasonably good communication with manager. The not so good: place hadn’t been cleaned or prepared when we arrived - remedied by evening but inconvenient; expected a 3 bedroom but it is a two bedroom with a third bed in a hallway/alcove between bedroom and toilet - no privacy at all and guests needing to walk by during the night.

Area was ideal, little difficult getting up the spiral stairs to a 3rd level as advertised. The lock/key situation is a little confusing causing us to get locked INSIDE the apartment one day accidentally requiring having someone come unlock us to get us out. Washer dryer combo washed but DID NOT DRY. Other than those issues was a great apartment in great location

Great location near the Louvre

We spent a week in Paris and this was a great location. Close to the Tuleries Metro station. Lots of great dining and shopping nearby. The host was very responsive

Perfect Quiet Location in the Heart of the First Arrondissement

The pictures impressed and the reality exceeded expectations. My family really enjoyed our stay. A small warning to those with heavy luggage - you will be hoisting it up a spiral staircase. Once you get up there you can settle in and have some wine in your quiet, beautiful surroundings. There's a Carrefour Express just across the street for small meals and essentials. We loved returning to this property after a long day exploring Paris!
