We really enjoyed this hotel. Close to the metro so sightseeing was easy. The staff is top notch and pay attention to detail. At the bar we found the drinks to be expensive. Only downfall.

It This hotel provided a truly exceptional experience. The comfortable accommodations and attentive service made for a memorable stay. Very helpful staff with excellent language skills. Hotel itself is a bit dated. At my age, I’m not sure I need quite so many mirrors around the bedroom to remind me about my wobbly bits and bald patch. Food is ok, but a bit overpriced - you’re paying for convenience rather than high quality. Great choice of breakfast items though. Be aware if paying extra for the “Paris view” that this just means a room on a higher floor, not necessarily one with a view of the Eiffel Tower as shown in the pictures. The area immediately outside the hotel is currently being dug up for utilities, so access is a bit restricted and dirty, but I assume that won’t be for long . Soundproofing between rooms isn’t great - the couple in the adjoining room were clearly enjoying their stay! In summary, the hotel was ok, but I’ve stayed in better places for less money

Our experience at Pullman Paris Montparnasse was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and full of fantastic amenities—multiple on-site restaurants, shops, and even a gelato stand! Great location , spoilt only slightly by the construction work outside the hotel . Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . Room was a good size and well equipped . Only slight issue was the water pressure in the shower . Really handy for the metro and the station.
