Nice hotel in a good location.

Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful. Allowed us to leave our bag in the hotel. Even let us stay in the lounge before we got our train to the airport. Free cake and coffee in the evening. Room was clean, good shower facilities. Only issues were the heat in the room and the safe not working. Not sure if there was an issue with the A/C.

Great hotel for Saint Lazare or anywhere else!

The Phileas is a lovely hotel conveniently located across from the rue d'Amsterdam entrance to the Gare St Lazare. The staff were friendly and the hotel was spotless. Very comfy bed and roomy bathroom. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Great value for money and definitely a place I'd stay at again and would recommend to others.

A little gem in Paris

Pros: Location, staff, breakfast and room.
Cons: The street is very busy a lot of traffic noise we had a front bedroom.
Location: Station across the road. Near to shops and restaurants. We walked to many attractions which are 10 to 30 mins walk away. Very good location.
We stayed at this hotel for four night. Blink and you would miss the hotel, please don't let the street put you off for it is very busy and just across from the station. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful making us feel welcome from the start. We were on the sixth floor which was not a problem, until the lift broke down once and one night a member of staff was using it to move laundry between the floors, so this made it a very long upward walk to our room. Our room was very clean, well laid out and was very modern, the black out blinds were a god send. The bathroom was very nice with a disco shower if you wanted it! The mini bar was free and there are tea and coffee in the room, you can also get free coffee from the breakfast lounge during the day too free of charge. The breakfast was good and worth paying the extra for, again the staff service were very welcoming and happy to serve. The hotel is in a very good location for restaurants , shopping, sightseeing and catching the open top buses which is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. We landed at beauvais airport , then caught a coach 14.50 euros into Paris and then a taxi from the bus station which was only 12 euros. There is also a taxi rank just up from the hotel for your return journey. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was cheaper than most boutique hotels and I would definitely stay there again. A little hidden gem in Paris.

kleines feines Hotel

Personal sehr unfreundlich. Fragten z.B wegen Late check out, antwort die wir erhielten war einfach ein NEIN. Abfall im Zimmer wird nie entleert, Wasserflaschen sowie Minibar- Getränke ebenfalls nie ersetzt.

Hôtel proche de la gare

Pros: la décoration des chambres, la salle de bain, tout est rénové.
Cons: service de la chambre: remplacer les "toileteries" utilisées, refaire le lit,
Location: quartier St-Lazare, il faut faire attention proche de la gare. Proche du HIlton
Bon hôtel, avec chambre confortable et propre. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme mais malheureusement ma chambre donnait sur la rue donc assez bruyante. J'avais demandé si il avait un fer à repasser, ils m'ont dit oui le soir de mon arrivée mais le matin suivant lorsque j'en avais besoin pour repasser ma robe, ils ne savaient pas où était le fer. La salle de bain est très bien mais la lumière colorée ne fonctionnait pas dans la mienne et ils n'ont pas remplacé les cottons-tiges, rondelles de ouate, etc... Dommage. Somme toute, mon séjour était bon.

Gutes Hotel an super Lage

Wir waren über Silvester zu Dritt für 3 Tage in Paris. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt beim Bahnhof und der Metro. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Reception. Uns war das Frühstück allerdings zu teuer, da wir nicht so grosse Esser sind. Aber ein paar Schritte entfernt war eine gute Bar mit kleinem Frühstück für 7 Euro. Auch sonst hats in der Umgebung viele tolle Läden und Brasserien. Unbedingt im Warenhaus Printemps auf die Terrasse gehen, da gibt super Aussicht auf Paris. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, auch gerne in dieses Hotel. Wir haben für 3 Tage ein Abonnement für 21.50 Euro gelöst, welches für alle Transportmittel gültig ist. Es braucht aber ein Passfoto. Gerade wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist, ist es die günstigste Variante, da der Zug in die Stadt schon 10 Euro kostet.

Business trip in paris

The staff were really nice and helpful, room was spacious and lovely. Lift needs room key (card) to function and wifi didn't work in our room though. Very nice hotel, we highly recommend it, however it is not exactly the standard of a 4-star hotel.
