Fabulous hotel, struggled a little with the language barrier when I first arrived, so check-in was a little difficult, but other than that the hotel staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Good room service throughout my stay, and I learned to say some new France words.

Upon arrival, we were advised that our family room was not available due to a medical emergency. We were instead proved two rooms across hall from one another ( 1 junior suite + 1 standard room). Apart from the constant opening and closing of the doors to go back and forth between rooms (which may have been annoying to our neighbors) the accommodations were fine.

It was decent

Good location for us near Champs Elysees. Metro stop that had many lines close by. Good cafes, shops and convenience stores. Pool was very small and we were charged to use it. There was no fridge which was not great. We asked for ice which they gave every day except once. Staff spoke English and were polite. It’s a small hotel and room and bathroom were also small. It was good enough stay I would put it more a 3-star hotel.
