Service 24h sur 24h. Propreté et accueil. Obtenir la chambre à 12h45 car j'avais un rendez-vous. Pas d'ascenseur et j'ai du mal à monter les escaliers. J'ai eu une chambre au 3ème étage. Lors de l'inscription, on m'avait accordé une chambre au 1er étage. MaIs, du fait que j'en avais besoin à 12h45, cela a été modifié. Pour moi, il était plus important de pouvoir en prendre possession à cet heure-là.

Établissement idéalement situé au cœur de Paris. Petite chambre, ce qui est normal En Vue de l emplacement et du prix par nuit. Gros problème : manque de propreté. Ménage fait en superficie mais mouchoirs sales, sachets de bonbons vides retrouvés sous les lits à notre arrivée. Et beaucoup de poussière…
