When you have the Trocadéro right on your doorstep and a close-up view of the Eiffel Tower almost as soon as you’re out the door, you’re already benefitting from one of the most sought-after locations in not only the 16th arrondissement, but the world. And when the home itself is as beautiful as this two-bedroom maison, it’s hard to say what’s better: the unbeatable locale or the stunning design.
LIVING ROOM
Step into the living room and become mesmerised immediately by the rich details, the lush furnishings, the regal sculptures. Four cosy armchairs and a sofa (which is a sofa bed) are set around an opulent piano, with fully-packed bookshelves flanking either side. Feel the luxury emanate from parquet floors, the art and the sideboards – or step outside to the intimate balcony to experience a slice of Paris.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Move toward the kitchen and see the interplay between modern and traditional: an elegant mantelpiece surmounts a gorgeously detailed sideboard, while the adjacent kitchen employs a minimalist design approach. A striking black splashback and floor contrasts against the simple white cabinetry; nearby, the chic dining table is the perfect spot for a déjeuner for four.
BEDROOMS
Walk into the principal bedroom and you might feel like you’ve been teleported to a lush grove of greenery: stunningly detailed wallpaper adorns the wall above the queen-sized bed, which is accompanied by two chairs and a dresser. The second bedroom is full of life, with kids’ toys, books and décor surrounding the two bunk beds. (that will turn into a double bed from September 2025)
BATHROOMS
The primary bathroom utilises the same dramatic black tiling from the kitchen in concert with dark orange and brown tones, creating a striking aesthetic. In here you’ll find a bath, a walk-in shower and a double wash basin, while the second bathroom features a shower, wash basin and washer dryer.
