Lovely apartment

Four girls on a trip to Paris and couldn’t be happy with our stay at this apartment. The communication from Emma and team was fabulous. So helpful in providing information to us that enhanced our stay and very accommodating when we first arrived and needed to drop our bags before check in. Highly recommend this apartment to others.

The location of this apartment was really great - so close to the metro, restaurants, and groceries. The space was enough for 4 people to spread out and have some space. The owners were so responsive it was really appreciated!!

Thanks a bunch!

Super good experience. Team made everything easy. Communication was great. I rent out several properties a year. This group is generous with information given prior to the arrival, responses timely & doesn’t hover. nicely located to Metro. Oh yeah, and the picture of the brick arches has a walkway above it. Develop 20 years ago with plants. Do not miss this gem for a morning walk or run!!

Beautiful, large apartment in a perfect location!

Emma‘s property was perfect for our family of four! We had two adults, and two children, aged six and eight. One bedroom had two beds in it, and the other bedroom had a large bed in it. My children slept in the room with two beds, and my husband and I slept in the room with the large bed. There was a very useful washing machine, and an air drying rack for clothing. As well as a very functional small dishwasher. Emma provided dish soap, and pods for the dishwasher. She also provided laundry detergent for the washing machine! Everything we needed for cooking was there! One suggestion I would have for future travelers with children, is to carefully remove all of the knickknacks around the apartment – they are beautiful, but delicate! There is ample storage in the closet in the bedroom with the big bed to keep the knickknacks safe. My children accidentally broke a lamp in their bedroom, and Emma treated us very fairly. I appreciated her understanding! Emma provided toilet paper and paper towels, and lots of them! She also provided coffee, and some initial dry goods so that we didn’t have to go shopping immediately. The location is steps away from the train station, and very close to convenient stores, boulangeries, and a very delicious café, La promenade. The apartment was quiet at night! Great after a long day of sightseeing. It is also very close to the elevated park, and we took several walks there, so nice in the middle of the city! Emma suggested using WhatsApp to communicate with her and her team, and they were very responsive. One night we locked ourselves out of the apartment by accident, and they helped us get back in! Many thanks to Emma and her team for all of their help!

Sehr gute Lage

Sehr gute Lage der Fewo: Metro, Supermarkt, Bistros, Gare de Lyon, recht ruhig. Vermieterin antwortet sehr schnell und kompetent. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Fewo komplett eingerichtet, da Parterre eher dunkel, aber das muss nicht stören. Empfehelen wir gern weiter.

Perfect and Quiet City Escape

Emma’s apartment is in an ideal location in Paris! The space is beautiful, and she is an extremely thoughtful host. The apt had everything we needed and she made us feel at home. Check in and check out was easy, and she answered all questions promptly. It was a wonderful experience and we would like to stay there again!
