You can't beat this location! Right on Main Street, we had on site parking and walked to wherever we wanted to go. The condo was nice and clean and the perfect space for three adults. The hot tub is large and accommodates all condos on the property. Very clear instructions for checking in and out.Our only issue is that the AC did not actually work, which was a top priority for our summertime visit. We contacted them the first night and each following day, and while they always responded acknowledging the issue, it was never resolved. We also did not receive a response to our request for compensation.Overall we would highly recommend the location, as long as the AC is fixed or other cooling methods are made available for the summer.
You canât beat this location for the price. Proximity to all the bars and restaurants on Main Street was awesome, and Park City has free shuttles to the nearby mountains. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, however, laundry was not in-unit, but there was communal washer/dryer in the basement of the building. The building itself could use some updates and communication with the property manager could have been clearer.
I loved staying in this condo for Sundance. It is at the top of Main Street so we did have to walk up and down which got tiring but was also fun. The condo is clean and has looks newly remodeled. It is quiet even though it is near the hot tub. The only issue we had was that the heater wasn't working but Vacasa and the property managers were very prompt about fixing the problem. I'd stay here again for sure!
We had a wonderful experience overall. The location was perfect, being close to everything we needed. The balcony was beautiful, providing a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hot tub was divine and added a luxurious touch to our stay.
When we arrived, the condo was spotless, which made us feel right at home. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet.
However, we did encounter a minor issue with parking. We had two cars, but there was only one designated parking spot. All the suggested overnight parking options either didn't allow overnight parking or were limited to 24 hours. We drove to Walmart in Kimball Junction to leave our second car there.
Despite the parking inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others.
The unit itself was wonderful!! The communication was wonderful!!
The parking issue was however a nightmare, having to carry our luggage almost a mile from the unit really did suck.
Also because the elevator on the East side was not working, we used the West elevator which put us out in the Restaurant. We were walking thru when it was closed, but I slipped on a spot of water that had obviously been there for quite some time as it had a very slippery mossy substance growing. Thank god I only hit my elbow, shoulder and behind, and not my head as this would have warranted a trip to ER. It was so fast and so frightening. You may want to advise people to avoid that exit/entrance.
When we opened the door, the fumes of cleaning products were very overwhelming. Itâs a safe area, but bring a door lock if you stay here. No deadbolt or chain for peace of mindâŠ
From the photos and listing it is not clear that this unit is part of a hotel. This âcondoâ is on the third floor of a hotel and does not have its own entrance or a WORKING ELEVATOR!!! This was not disclosed to us prior to our stay, despite the listing noting that an âelevatorâ exists - which is entirely false. Looking at other reviews it seems this has been an issue for months/years.
There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The freezer was dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain liner.
WiFi was unreliable and spotty, don't plan on being able to use laptop or any streaming services. Initially we were told someone would be sent out to fix the wifi issue. (They never showed). We had to pay for our own hotspot just to watch TV.
On site amenities listed were a hot tub and fire pit.
â Hot Tub: Closed all day during a couple days of our stay - extremely frustrating as we wanted to use the hot tub to relax after a long day of skiing, and couldnât.
â Fire Pit: Nonexistent.
When contacted about the various complaints/issues, the property manager from Vacasa told us that they aren't responsible for any amenities because thatâs an HOA issue.
We expressed our many concerns with management on Thursday and they said they'd follow up the next day. They didn't follow up so we called Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. We also called her associate who failed to respond as well. We were finally able to get her on the phone the day of check out. None of our issues were addressed.
Top of town, close but not loud. Walk up the town stairs to ski down to town lift. Parking at ground level. Door had code access, which makes late arrivals easy. Text communication from vacasa was clear and required no additional questions.
Really great location, comfortable and clean. On Main Street, so walkable to restaurants and shops. Small kitchen was convenient too! Garage parking was a huge bonus!
Loved this property, perfect for the two of us. Walk to all shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The very large hot tub was an amazing end to a day of skiing.
The condo within the inn is very cute. Specious and relatively updated. Location is gold. Many close restaurants and bars. Lift is 5 mins walk.
Treasure mountain inn which the condo is located in, was lacking. Elevator was not working so we had to bring our suitcases 3 storied by hand. The toilet was overflowing right from the first flush but the management company sent the plumber within a couple of hours.
Stay was pleasant, beautiful area. Very clean upon arrival. But hot tub was out of service as well as the elevator (we had to climb three flights of stairs, which we didnât anticipate), and the âshotskiâ event that would block off the parking garage was listed for the wrong weekend in our booking information, so we had anticipated being about to use our car on Saturday daytime, but werenât able to. Location had basic amenities, very clean upon arrival. However, you are unable to adjust the heat at all.
This place is very convenient regardless of what you are planning for the park city area. While itâs not fancy, itâs a large welcoming space with a nice kitchen, convenient parking and two beds great for two singles or a family of four.
This trip made me think I should go back to hotels. The management company was a nightmare. I received an email from them a few hours before check in asking a lot of personal financial questions. Then I had to call in and answer a lot more questions that seemed like they were running a credit check. When I told them I was wary of providing them with the information they kept offering to cancel as if they had other renters. We couldnât find the parking lot and the operator gave us wrong directions and non-existent landmarks and address. Then we got hung up on several times and then the operator kept telling us to ask the front desk to find out which was strange since they warned us not to bother the desk. The tv broke and they fixed it the next day after several texts. The unit was nice but the property is outdated. The location was great and very convenient. The elevator was very slow and old.
