Marriott Summit Watch is located right on Main St. in downtown Park City, Utah. This is a beautiful upscale Marriott property ideally located amid shops, restaurants, and activities. The Park City trolley stops right outside to takes passengers up and down Main St. Within walking distance, there are bus stops and the quaint Park City train station to provide transportation to Deer valley and other points of interest.

The condo is beautifully furnished and very spacious . A full bedroom and separate guest room provides privacy and room for 8 guests. Also included is a large fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, living room with fireplace and sofa bed in villa section. In guest room, a large bed and sofa bed, dining area for 2, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

Perfect vacation

The rooms were spacious and clean. It was only 40 steps to the Town Lift. Great location on Main Street, so we were able to walk up and down the street, shop, get coffee, chocolates and ice cream. Parking is free and under the building. We strongly recommend this place to anyone .

Perfect Park City Location

This rental in the Marriott Summit Watch was the perfect location for our time in Park City. Just a very short walk to the Town Lift at Park City Resort means you can get ready in your room and walk right to the lift to start your day. The pool at hot tubs on the property are great after a day of skiing, and being located right at the base of Main Street makes walking to the restaurants and shops a breeze. The rental includes FREE PARKING during your stay should you need to drive anywhere, though we left our car parked in the garage the entire time because everything is walkable. The rental is actually two rooms in the property that can optionally be joined by opening the doors between them. One of the rooms is huge with a full kitchen, fireplace and separate large bedroom. The other room is a more typical hotel room size with a small kitchenette. Definitely room for 4 and would be good for 2 couples as the bedrooms are separated and have their own bathrooms. You could sleep 6 if you used the pull out couch in the living area. The property is clean and everyone was very welcoming. There was free wine and cheese in the lobby during peak check-in hours. Claudia is a very responsive host and will answer any questions you have. We checked out in the morning and wanted to go skiing that day. Claudia double checked that the property could hold some bags and that we could leave our car even after checking out. We were able to leave our car parked in the garage and they converted our keys to allow us access to the hot tubs and showers after we finished the day of skiing, even having checked out first thing that morning. Great spot overall and a great value! 10/10 would rent again.

IDEAL location in Park City

Could not have been a better experience. Claudia is so kind to deal with and very gracious host. Summit Watch is the best ski-in ski-out experience while completely walkable to the best restaurants and entertainment Park City has to offer. Will be back!
