The building is located on a quiet hill overlooking the town. Easily accessible with private entrance and parking. Livadia Beach located 600 meters downhill. Panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the port. Property is close to town but away from the noise and bustle.

Located 600 meters by road from the beach and 1.5 km to the port. Renting a car or motorbike is recommended but not necessary.
