At first I thought it was closed. Very dark and unkept. Then, when dealing with the front desk very rude. My room was beautiful but the TV was not working well, and they did not seem to care. I asked for a late check out but it was not communicated. The staff was banging on my door for 10am. I was waiting for jack nicholson to pop out and say “heaaaars johnnnny”

Will not stay here again.

My experience during the stay was below expectations. The amenities advertised were largely unavailable, and the breakfast options were limited to coffee and waffles. The dining area was unclean, and the gym equipment was not functional. Additionally, there was no access to ice, and the room itself was not properly maintained. Overall, I found the environment to be uncomfortable and disappointing.

En realidad es 0 estrellas. No pude dormir ahi. Sali a la 1 de la madrugada por que la cama estaba llena dd chinches. La habitaciones es horrible. Nada parecido a las fotos. Perdi mi dinero. No deberia estar en Expedia

Everything you’re afraid to find is here. Bed bugs, terrible smell in hotel and in room, unprofessional staff, they knocked on my door 3 times to give me towel that i didn’t ask for and everytime i said no they came back with manager who speaks english because they didn’t to tell me take the towel which i didn’t need nor ask for. Stay away from this place
