Second time I stay in this hotel and as great as the first time. Staff is amazing. Rooms very clean. Also bus stop (WILLOWBROOK PARK&RIDE) 10min away if wanting to visit NYC but don’t want to stay in the city. Bus ride is 25-30min.

The staff at the DoubleTree Fairfield are Awesome, they always go above and beyond to ensure that our stay go as smoothly as possible!!!!! Patricia, Nahima and Mary Grace great there customers with such a pleasant disposition. This DoubleTree is a 10/10. Highly recommended !!!!!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean but there was a door to an adjoining room. The person who stayed in the next room had the tv on all night and it was quite loud. It would be better if the hotel confirmed with guests at the time of check-in if they mind being put in an adjoining room. Next time we would request not to be. We would have moved, but we were already well settled in by the time the person came into the other room.
