Overall we had a nice stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was comfortable enough and the buffet breakfast was better than I expected. The loudness of the room doors were somewhat disturbing at later evening hours, but otherwise it was quiet. Also the house keeping wasn’t great since they skipped our room the second day. The front desk gave us clean towels and apologized at least.

The rooms and facilities were clean and the staff was wonderful but the beds in our room 1218 were terribly worn out and need to be replaced. Anyone with a back injury or issues would be in extreme pain and my husband said it was like camping.

hotel Parsippany Hampton inn 1. Heating does not work, the room is cold. The engineer could not fix it the first time. 2. The water in the toilet does not stay, it flows all the time. Noise, it is impossible to sleep at night. The administration did nothing. 3. The hotel took an additional 50 dollars, after full payment on Expedia. No way. We will never use expedia service again.
