Room 117 had roaches. They asked if I wanted to move my room, but I was not going to stay in another room with the thought of there being roaches in there as well. The front desk said I had been using the room too long to issue a refund. Wound up driving home at 11:30 pm to 1 a.m

First time ever no cleaning service and rude clean

First time in my life having stayed in over 1,000 motels including remote hotels in amazon,borneo,nepal etc. where no cleaning services were done during stay(4 day stay). At check in no coffee or ice bucket in room. First morning, cleaners showed up 9Am. I said we were leaving in 15 minutes so they could come back. Never came again despite tracking them down to ask for ice bucket and coffee. On weekend after a 100 degree day of sight seeing I was told off by cleaning crew for asking for clean towels, that towels and services were not available on Sundays. They finally gave us towels. The front desk had directed us to hunt down cleaning crew in all encounters. We ate in room and had to haul garbage out each day. Never did see promised coffee or ice bucket. Thank you, Joseph Lanza

We LOVED SRI and the staff! He helped when help was needed. He was always there with his willingness to help. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious. The best Ramada I've ever been in!! The price was right for we senior citizens that need that.

Traveling on a budget this hotel is worth it

Just what you would expect from a budget hotel. Adequate breakfast, clean, and quiet. If you are not looking for anything fancy and to travel on a budget, I recommend this hotel. Staff friendly and accommodating.
