Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. ****This hotel DOES NOT offer a shuttle van to and from the airport as advertised on the Orbitz website which is one main reason I chose it. However it is easy to take a taxi, around €9-10.

I generally love the AZZ hotels and Spa. They have everything I always wanted in a great hotel. Clean, good locations, affordable, fantastic breakfast, one a kind Spa facility, great staff and spacious rooms. When I travel in Europe I try to stay in AZZ hotels if available.

The hotel itself was lovely. Very spacious, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were lovely and again very spacious. The breakfast was a little disappointing and the main reason we booked there was because it said it was a 2 minutes drive to the Fira when it fact it was more like 8 so was a solid 40 minutes walk. Nevertheless though it was a great weekend in a lovely hotel

The first room offered was leaking water. We changed rooms and the air conditioner did not work. The elevators were dirty and sketchy. The breakfast area was understaffed and the coffee machines did not work properly most of the time in both days. It is unfortunate, because it is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential but it is not being maintained properly.

Says there is a bar and restaurant. However bar is only open from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm and restaurant is only open from 8:00 am to 10 am for breakfast and 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm for dinner. As there are no places near by to eat this is very inconvenient the same with the spa and pool features. Can only be accessed after 5:00 pm. The hotel itself is quite nice but lacks in the overall on what was expected
