Experience our private home, featuring breathtaking ocean views and a private pool, situated on a tranquil beach on the southeast coast of Patillas, Puerto Rico. This Caribbean escape is ideal for families wanting to unwind away from hotel crowds, just 1.5 to 2 hours from San Juan. Relax and recharge in this serene retreat!

Note: We provide limited battery power backup during an outage, allowing lights, refrigerator, fans, and TV to continue functioning. During an outage, the following items should be turned off: A/C, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer and dryer. Using any of the appliances listed above will drain the battery, cutting off ALL electricity.

The home offers 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The living room features a large picture window with magnificent, uninterrupted views of the sea. It features a fully equipped kitchen, complete furnishings, and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the ocean breezes from your private balcony.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. ONLY the 3 bedrooms have an A/C unit
2. During electrical outages, we offer a limited emergency battery power backup to help you stay comfortable. During an outage, the lights throughout the house will remain on, and the refrigerator, ceiling fans, and TV will continue to function.
Please keep in mind that certain appliances cannot be used with the battery backup. Using them will disable the system, so it’s crucial to avoid plugging them in: the microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, and dryer. The air conditioners should not be turned ON. *IMPORTANT WARNING* Using any of the appliances listed above will drain the battery, cutting off ALL electricity. Depending on the length of time electricity is out, weather conditions, and your usage, we cannot guarantee that the battery backup system will last for the specified time.
3. Provide parking for 2 cars.
4. We only provide a limited amount of toilet paper and shampoo for the first 3 days of your reservation. We do not provide laundry soap. There is a store near the house where guests can purchase these items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store.
5. We require our guests to review our Short-Term Contract Agreement during the reservation process. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees and accepts all rules and regulations as stipulated in this document.
