The Space
The villa itself comprises of two levels, measuring a total of 185m2, on an estate of 3000m2.
The upper level features a large and luminous area composed of a spacious living room with a fire place and plasma TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room. A service room with a washing machine, a WC and a storage room are also located on this level, while its large veranda offers magnificent views of the island and provides the perfect spot for meals, aperitifs and hours of relaxation.
The lower level consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms (2 master, 2 twin) that comfortably sleep 8 people. There is also a patio leading to a beautiful garden ideal for outdoor living, BBQs, etc. Literally just a step away from the garden lies the beach.
