The food was absolutely delicious from breakfast to dinner, every meal was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The service throughout the hotel was consistent, attentive, and genuine. A special thank you to the incredible team who made our stay unforgettable: Dada, Pom, Bam, Gap, and Chelsea in the Level Lounge their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail were world-class. Max at the door always greeting us with a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome. Ann, Noah, Bev, and Aom at the Lula Pool Bar their energy, friendliness, and service created such a fun and relaxing atmosphere every day. Lin, the doorman for always going above and beyond with his kindness and professionalism. George, the Guest Experience Director, and Peter, the Food and Beverage Director. Their leadership is clearly reflected in how well-trained, passionate, and caring their team is. This hotel sets the standard for true hospitality, warm, polished, and effortlessly luxurious.
