Ruamchok South Pattaya

The room itself was ideal, unfortunately the jacuzzi was unusable due to the filter cap being damaged which led to dirty water being pumped out. The location was fantastic with the beach a five minute walk away and at night a wide variety of bars and restaurants just 50m from the complex.

Ruamchok Ocean view

The hotel room is good. There are good eateries in the locality. However, this condominium is quite a distance from Pattaya city. If you have your own transport, it would be great otherwise you need to move around by taxi or tuk tuk which can be rather difficult to come by. A good option is to rely on ride hailing GRAB which is very efficient and we use it often to move around.

No Jacoosi or Ocean view

To get here I pressed "get directions" in the app and hotels.com directed our cab to the wrong address! So after sitting in front of the wrong building for a bit the security gaurds came out and gave the address to the cabbie, we found our building and surprise! The name of the building is "Condo View" not "Ocean View" and Condo View is exactly what your getting. Arriving at the building (there is no front desk) you pick up your room key on a cork board, my key was not there so after some calling back and forth with "staff" we got into the room and suprise again there is no jacoosi in the room even though the room i selected under " room choices " had a picture of one. So I messaged the manager and was told even though the jacoosi was in the pictures, it wasn't listed under room "amenities " you see? So obviously there isn't one.:( Also the building is old and dilapidated, not really that clean in the common area. Having said that the room itself was clean and the furniture and beds were really comfortable. It was close enough to walk to the beach and Family Mart was very handy. Good quality linins and towels and nicely decorated. It's obvious that a fair effort has gone into making this room nice and comfortable. I would stay here again but if you want the jacoosi call and make the booking over the phone .

Ужас и мошенничество

Начну. По порядку. Бронировался номер с видом на море и кроватью кинг сайз. Вид на море не возможен, т.к.до моря идти квартала 3. Вид ужасный. На соседний дом с висящими на нем проводами. И помойными бачками под балконом. Полотенца рваные. Достаточно шумно. Тонкие балконные двери не способны защитить от шума. Постоянно брехали собаки и орали тайцы. Спальня площадью 5 м.кв.с кроватью 140х180. Без окон. Площадь всего помещения примерно 20 кв.м., хотя собственником заявлено 32 кв.м. Унитаз не работает, в душе нет горячей воды. О чем я сразу же написала собственнику по указанному в объявлении телефону. Так же я спросила, как пользоваться утюгом, если в квартире нет такой розетки. Мои сообщения даже не были прочитаны. Муравьи на балконе присутствуют, как и было ясно из предыдущих отзывов. Таким образом 14 дней мылась холодной водой( Так же собственник берет депозит, о котором указано в объявлении, 1000 батт или около 2000 рублей. Депозит возвратный. Однако при выезде мне ничего не вернули. Я начала выяснять про возврат депозита за сутки до выезда. Тайцы разводили руками, округляли глаза и типа "моя твоя не понимает". Удобная позиция, попахивающая мошенничеством. Так что уважаемые соотечественники и сайт HOTELS. COM. Очень не советовала бы Вам связываться с данным жильём. Уважаемые собственники. Не нужно мне ничего отвечать и обещать исправить, как вы делаете в каждом отзыве. Мошенники вы...

差。失望！破壞了我的美好旅程。

非常差，不整潔，蟻非常多，內外地方非常差，位置不方便，我去芭提雅甘多次，從未試住得甘不高興，還要收900泰銖清潔費，真的好失望！

Väärä nimi ja paikka...ei varsinaisesti hotelli.

Ensinnäkin hotellin oikea nimi on Ruamchok Condo View 5 ja se ei sijaitse siinä missä Hotels.com:n kartta näyttää, joten löytäminen oli vähän haasteellista. Huonepalvelu ei ole päivittäistä, vaan sähköpostilla voi tilata pyyhkeiden ja petivaatteiden vaihdon lisämaksusta (500baht). Siivous hoidettava itse. Katu jolla hotelli sijaitsee on kuin kaatopaikka, mutta toki melko rauhallinen. Huone itsessään oli ihan hyvä...2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, keittiö, olohuone ja 2 parveketta. Kohtalaisen hyvässä kunnossa ja isot sängyt. Huoneeseen ei saanut kuin yhden avaimen, mikä tuotti välillä hankaluuksia. Rakennus koostuu ilmeisesti pääosin omistusasunnoista eikä ole ns. perinteinen hotelli...ei respaa, ei uima-allasta, ei aamupalaa eikä mitään muutakaan hotelliin kuuluvaa. 5min kävelymatka rannalle, kauppa, ihan hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja pyykkipalvelu ihan kadun kulman takana. Mutta tosiaan rakennuksessa ei ole käytännössä mitään palvelua.

Thought it would be much better

Owners of the aparthotel should have controlled the cleaning. She's terrible. In every corner, someone's hair is lying around, the walls are dirty. Drain water from the jacuzzi is a piece of pipe that is not connected anywhere. The first time when water was changed, water was poured on the floor. The slope of the floor is made in the opposite direction from the drain hole. The jacuzzi merges 20 minutes. 20 minutes you need to manually hold. 20 minutes you need to manually hold the drainpipe, so as not to fill the floors on the balcony. The front door is terrible. Open with a paper clip. Staff does not speak English.
