We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The house was absolutely beautifulâtruly even better than the pictures, which didnât do it justice. It was located in a peaceful, quiet area that made it easy to relax and unwind. The whole town was charming, quiet, and very easy to get around. Everywhere we went, people were incredibly kind and helpful. We couldnât have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!
So quaint and cozy! We were only in town one night, and it was nice to be so close to everything! Of course, we visited the Mercantile and Tallgrass Prairie! It was nice to have a comfortable home to come back to, and get a good nights rest for the next dayâs adventures! Highly recommendâŠthe little Village is perfect for a larger group too!
This 2 bedroom, one bath house has everything you need and more. It was very clean and stocked very well. The location is very close to all the Pioneer Woman shops and restaurants. Even within walking distance. We enjoyed interacting with neighborhood kids as well. Would highly recommend staying here. Would definitely return if weâre in the area again.
Perfect place for our quick get away. Very clean, cozy and close to everything we wanted to see. Hostess was prompt to welcome us and to let her know if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again.
We had a wonderful time in Pawhuska. We were spending time together in support of a difficult year for one of my sisters so the fact that many things were closed on Sunday and a couple shops we wanted to visit on Monday were closed didn't at all ruin our time together because our cottage was so cozy and inviting. There were only 3 of the 5 sisters on this trip so the fact that it only has 1 bathroom was very doable -- besides we were raised in a house with 1 bathroom with 7 people in the house. :) We made some good memories and if we head to Pawhuska again... we will looking up this sweet yellow cottage again.
Comfortable accommodations. Nice 2-bedroom house with lots of amenities; short walk or drive to the center of town; although a little too cold for us to walk into town in January. Would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I stayed in Pawhuska for a quick birthday getaway before Christmas. We were close to downtown and could have walked to The Mercantile and P-town Pizza if it hadnât been so cold. It was a great place to stay!
Clean, stocked with the basics and relatively new. The only slight negative is a weak internet. All devices had to be off WiFi for the TV to hold a solid signal.
The property was just as listed. Itâs clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! You canât go wrong staying here !
Very clean and ready. Kept seeing 3 blocks to the Mercantile, NOT TRUE its 3 blocks to main street and then 3 blocks to the right!!!! Had to ask for code for home, was 1 hour out and still no code. I know that entry time is 4 but it would be nice to receive that morning in case there was a problem. Have stay in other homes and have receive code 4-5 days before. One out hour is just to close!!!!!!!!!Stay in Virginia last year receive code 7 days before. Need to get rid of your "3 blocks" All in all was just a nice home in quite neighborhood.
Very quiet neighborhood, easy drive/walk to all downtown shopping. We loved the cats that would visit us on the porch where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and drinks at night. Would recommend and stay again!!
My daughter and I came to Pawhuska to visit the Pioneer Woman Mercantile, Tall Grass Prairie Preserve, and to visit other shops in town. This house was perfect for us. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Merc and other downtown businesses. It was very clean and perfect for our weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again.
We absolutely loved staying at the Sage House! The place was immaculate, great furnishings, quiet and peaceful.
This was our first trip to the area and we enjoyed our stay!
Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed staying in the cabin. Everything was great! We enjoyed the comfortable seating arrangements in the living room and the awesome porch to enjoy the cool air of the evenings. You can easily walk to the downtown area and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely choose this cabin again!
Had a fun see all the Pioneer Woman sites and learned slot about the town. First Boy Scout troop in America, Catholic Church with incredible stained glass windows from Germany. Wonderful little town!
We arranged a little getaway while our grandchildren were on Christmas break. I had wanted to see The Mercantile and eat at the restaurant. The house was well constructed and clean. Comfortable bed and furniture. Loved the coffee provided. Communication was swift and congenial. Would go there again.
We lived the little house! It was comfy, well stocked with everything we needed, and it was had the perfect table for us to use to play games after a day of shopping.
