The house is a bit outdated. There is no WiFi even though in the booking , it states that there is. A lot of bugs and spiders randomly around the house. The location is amazing, the neighborhood is amazing.

First we had tp pay to enter 17 mile drive, then we had to clean the outside table to enjoy the scenery, there was no wifi, no cable so therefor no tv.

Very bad experience!

This stay did not go as expected. With all the amenities that were explained in the add of the house we were very excited to be there with our group of friends. We got to the house and it said there was a (HOT TUB, BBQ GRILL,WIFI,WORKING TELEVISIONS.) none of that was there. We double checked the info and it said there was definite all of these but none were there. The WiFi did not work, tvs were broke cause they couldn’t connect to WiFi and also there barely and cell service. To top everything off we had 3 pregnant woman in our group and there was no hot water in the house. We tried contacting multiple numbers that were given to us for help no one answered and when finally getting a call back after 24hrs they had no care in the world that any of this was going on and they’d have someone out Monday which was a whole day after when our check out would of been if we would of stayed.

Bummer

A fine home in a great location. Problem was that the owner was unable to provide internet service, which was necessary for work. We moved after two nights and owner refunded our fee for remaining nights.

Outdate and No HOTTUB! Not as expected nor worth the premium price

The entry way was less than welcoming, there was no address markers, it was dark, the entry gate and vestibule was dirty, full of cobwebs. The roof above this area was falling apart and in a state of disarray. Once inside, there were many light switches that did not work, the property was very out dated, with old tattered curtains, and torn deck furniture. The listing said there was a hot tub, but there was NO hot tub, and the internet did not work at all.
