This old hotel is in the heart of Pendleton and just right for a walking tour of town, which we enjoyed. The rooms have been completely renovated and modernized and are clean and well maintained. However, the breakfast is not good and the room itself is “spare “ - meaning very few amenities. If you’re looking for a nice room, this is it. If you’re looking for luxury, book somewhere else.

Amazing little find in Pendleton. We drove our lives from Houston to Portland and found this town as the last stay to get as close as we can to Portland from Salt Lake City. We could street park our Uhaul and F150 truck for free which was a bonus and most importantly it was safe! The hotel motel had really nice upgrades that made it feel comfy and clean. And in a walkable distance was the downtown with lovely options for food. Restaurants close around 8 so make sure you get there early!

Overall cool hotel inside. Comfortable rooms. Clean in the rooms. Nobody asked us for room service. We asked for pillows because the ones we had were so thin, kinda like cardboard. They never brought them to us. The outside of the hotel is dirty. Not at all impressed with the parking area right outside the rooms.

Very rough Hotel really needs maintenance

Maintenance was not very good. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Floor trim missing with silicone still stuck to for where the trim should be.

Room was recently renovated. Fairly clean but several long women’s hairs were on the pillowcase and towels. The room was well-lit and well-appointed, but the bed was too firm. Overall an ok place to stay in Pendleton.
