Quarto de tamanho médio, ambiente externo agradável com área playground e piscinas. Quanto a isso sem ressalvas. Ficamos dois dias. A internet não funcionou em nenhum dia que nos hospedamos. No primeiro dia já avisamos, no segundo dia também, mas afirmaram que “ e muito estranho, por que ninguém mais reclamou”. Ofereceram outro quarto, mas preferimos permanecer pois seria muito transtorno mudar. Acredito que como avisamos no primeiro dia, poderiam ter resolvido de outra forma.

Hotel bom, no geral. Fiquei hospedado no terceiro andar, com crianças e cheio de malas, mas não tinha elevador. Tive que subir e descer tudo na mão. Restaurante pequeno para o café da manhã e não comporta todos. Tive q ficar de pé um tempo esperando mesa. Estacionamento pequeno com complemento do outro lado da rua, mas tem manobrista. Experiencia razoável. Atendimento da recepção excepcional.

Reservei um quarto para dois adultos e duas crianças, com duas camas de casal. Ao chegar à pousada, à noite, após um dia de viagem, precisei subir vários lances de escada até o quarto no 3º piso. Ao entrar, notei que não correspondia ao reservado: havia apenas uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro, além de ser menor do que o anunciado. O quarto também apresentava problemas, como vaso sanitário solto, ar-condicionado direcionado para a cama e uma viga elevada no final do espaço. Na manhã seguinte, solicitamos a troca, que foi atendida, mas acabou atrasando nossa programação. O quarto do 2º piso estava de acordo com o que havíamos reservado. No dia da saída, pedi ao restaurante para adiantar o almoço, pois viajaríamos o dia inteiro, e eles prontamente aceitaram servir às 11h15. Em seguida, fui à recepção solicitar tolerância no horário de check-out, justamente porque almoçaríamos ali. O recepcionista negou com veemência, dizendo que o almoço não poderia ser antecipado. Só reconsiderou após eu insistir e informar que já havia alinhado com o restaurante. Ao final, permitiram estender o check-out até 11h30 — mas apenas após a solicitação insistente. Em resumo, o quarto disponibilizado no primeiro dia não condizia com a reserva e apresentava falhas estruturais. O restaurante terceirizado é muito receptivo, mas o atendimento da recepção pela manhã no check-out deixou a desejar. A pousada carece de acessibilidade vertical, o que deve ser considerado por pessoas com mobilidade reduz

O quarto era limpo e cheiroso. A cama gostosa e oa travesseiros confortáveis. Não havia lugar para pendurar toalhas no quarto. A pequena porta do apto dava para um cubículo de um metro quadrado de paredes por todos os lados. A area das piscinas e brinquedos é deliciosa mas insuficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes. Informei com antecedência das nossas restrições alimentares e o moço que nos atendeu no café da manhã foi super rude quando perguntei dos alimentos disponíveis sem glúten e sem proteína do leite (o pessoal da outra pousada que custou a metade do preço foi super receptivo). Antes da reserva perguntei se poderíamos liberar o quarto, curtir as piscinas e depois tomar banho e eles informaram que sim. Ao sair, descobri que não havia chuveiro para banho, somente a ducha gelada da piscina. O banheiro feminino da piscina esteve asqueroso nos três dias que passei lá. A piscina aquecida tbm ficou dois dias verdes. Somente no terceiro ela tinha cor e cheiro agradáveis.

Amamos a pousada, foi uma semana maravilhosa, meu filhos se divertirão muito, todos desde a recepção, pessoal do restaurante e da limpeza foram muito atenciosos e gentis, tudo muito limpinho e organizado, no café da manhã tem bastante opções, o jantar é a parte, tem bastante opções também, tudo muito gostoso, a pousada está passando por reformas, vai ficar ainda mais aconchegante, só o estacionamento que é pequeno, mas não interfere na qualidade da pousada, ela está localizada em uma ótima região, tem de tudo por perto, com certeza voltaremos.

Pousada excelente, bem localizada, limpa e com equipe cordial. Piscina aquecida, parquinho e brinquedoteca fizeram toda a diferença com meu filho de 3 anos. Ainda tem um restaurante que funciona também pra almoço e janta, o que foi ótimo, principalmente para o meu pequeno que adora comidinha caseira. Voltarei no próximo ano e, dessa vez, vou levar a família toda pra pousada.
